Appointments are designed for clients to ask questions and to share the documents to be translated. The expectation is that the client will scan their documents and send them to the agency's email prior to the appointment. If a client is not able to pay electronically, the appointment can allow them to pay in person with cash or credit card.
Our preference is that you book an appointment prior to arriving to our office. The appointment should be made at least one(1) day before you plan to arrive. If you cannot make the appointment you arranged, please cancel the appointment as soon as you can by phone, text, or email.
