Why Connected World Translation (CWT)?

We provide our customers with high personalized services at affordable prices. You will always deal directly with the project coordinator from start to end to ensure that the end product meets the requirements. We also provide extra corrections from the original document if you wish and perform any changes that you may request without any cost.

How do I know that CWT will provide me with a high-quality translation?

Our staff members are native speakers of the target languages we offer and they have been doing freelance translation for many years. Many of our team members hold masters and /or linguistic degrees.

Do you use computer software to translate documents?

No. Software packages cannot replace human translation. We do use tools and the Internet to simply assist with the translation process.

Can CWT provide an urgent translation?

Please contact us immediately so that we can examine the requirements of your document and give you an up-front answer. If the document to be translated is extensive and complex, we need at least 2 weeks notice. There is an additional 15% charge for rush services.

What are the parameters for charging a translation document?

The charge rate for translations is based on a per-word basis with determining factors being: complexity level of the text to be translated such as technical, scientific, literary, or legal documents (marriage certificates). Projects involving various languages require a coordinator to ensure a communication plan is provided and to guarantee the text in all languages is consistent. Therefore, a charge for project coordination is applied. For more information on rates, please contact us directly. We will be happy to answer your questions and concerns.

Do I pay before or after the completion of my translation?

For personal translations (certified translations for immigration, driver’s licenses, letters, transcripts, etc.), the fee will be charged before we start working on your documents. We will immediately provide an electronic receipt once you have completed the payment.

For project-based translations (marketing brochures, manuals, video subtitles, etc.), an invoice will be sent to the customer upon completion of the job. Payment should be made between 15-30 days of the invoice and we will provide an electronic receipt.

What happens if I want to do some changes to my original document?

Please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to do the changes you require without any charge.
